Daiyame Imo Shochu is a premium Japanese sweet potato shochu crafted by Hamada Syuzou, a historic distillery founded in 1868 in Kagoshima Prefecture. Bottled at 25% ABV in a 900 ml format, this honkaku shochu is renowned for its signature lychee-like aroma, achieved through the use of specially aged kōjuku-imo sweet potatoes and traditional black kōji fermentation.
